What is your Monday morning motivation?
Getting up, going for a run and working through my week in my mind. Getting on the phone straight away and starting the ball rolling.
What is/was your biggest career fear and how have you overcome this?
Speaking to senior leaders within big matrixed organisations. I overcame this by listening to what my peers have to say and having confidence in myself.
In what ways has your personal growth and development outside of work impacted your professional life?
Having children and then working part time has meant my career has always taken a back seat to my husband’s and he has progressed through the ranks whilst I am now trying to catch up.
